Grooming
Becky of Bonnie Animal Training is an expert in helping animals gain confidence with grooming and husbandry. This services is aimed at dogs (and other animals) that have developed a fear of brushing, clipping, claw clipping or any other husbandry requirements.
Grooming training is also recommended for puppies to get them introduced to grooming positively whilst they are young, avoiding problems in the future.
Low Stress Grooming
You may not have heard of the term 'Cooperative Care' before, this is teaching animals to opt in to their husbandry care. Little to no restraint is used in Cooperative Care which further reduces the stress felt by the animal.
Grooming sessions will take place in your home to help your dog feel more comfortable.
The goal is for your dog to be able to return to the groomers in the future once their emotions around grooming have improved.
Welfare and training grooms are for teaching dogs to feel ok getting brushed, clipped and cared for. Breed specific haircuts and styles are not catered for. Your dogs behaviour and learning is prioritised over the aesthetic of the groom.

Future sessions with be extended as needed at your dogs pace
